Delivery policy

Holovate sells digital goods only: Holovate Coin (HVC) packs credited to your game account. Nothing physical is shipped, no shipping charge applies and no delivery address is needed.

How an HVC pack is delivered

1. Inside the city, at the Digital Purchase Desk, you choose a pack from the INR purchases panel and press Pay. The Holovate server creates a Razorpay order for the pack's fixed INR price.
2. You complete payment in the Razorpay checkout (card, UPI, net banking or another method Razorpay offers). Holovate never sees your card number or UPI PIN.
3. Razorpay returns a payment confirmation to the game. The Holovate server verifies Razorpay's signature and re-reads the payment from Razorpay to confirm that it is captured and that the amount, currency, order and product all match.
4. Immediately after that verification the pack's HVC is credited to your account's ledger, automatically and without any manual step. The new balance appears in the game's wallet view and the order appears in the INR purchases panel with its Razorpay order id and payment id.

Delivery time

• Instant. Delivery normally completes within seconds of a successful payment, while you are still in the game.
• If your browser closed or lost its connection before the confirmation reached the game, the receipt is kept and re-checked when you next open the INR purchases panel; Razorpay also notifies the Holovate server directly when a payment is captured. A successful payment is credited once either check completes.
• If a payment is still pending at your bank or UPI app, nothing is credited until Razorpay reports it as captured. If Razorpay reports the payment as failed, nothing is charged and nothing is credited.
• If a successfully captured payment has not been credited within 24 hours, you are entitled to a manual credit of the pack or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If your pack is not credited

1. Do not pay again. A second payment for the same order is treated as a duplicate and refunded under the refund policy.
2. Note the Razorpay order id (starts with order_) and payment id (starts with pay_) from the Razorpay confirmation, SMS or email, together with the amount and time.
3. Sign in again and open the Digital Purchase Desk → INR purchases. Pending receipts are reconciled automatically; wait a few minutes and refresh the panel.
4. If the pack is still missing, contact support with those details through Profile → Support inside the game or by email at [Support email] (see Help & contact). We check the payment with Razorpay and either credit the HVC or refund the payment in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Purchases made with HVC inside the game

Plots and items bought with HVC are delivered the moment the purchase is recorded: the plot's deed record (survey number, area, deed document number) is written to your account and the item or plot becomes usable immediately. These records are entitlements inside the game, not real property.

Test mode

When the INR purchases panel shows Razorpay test mode, the checkout uses Razorpay's test environment: no money moves and no HVC is credited. Real delivery applies only to live-mode purchases.
