1. Who we are and what you agree to

Holovate (holovate.online) is a browser-based, family-safe virtual city operated by [Legal entity name — confirm] ("Holovate", "we"). By creating an account, entering the city or buying a Holovate Coin pack you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the refund & cancellation policy, the delivery policy and the community standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Register with accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. The city is designed for general audiences. Real-money (INR) purchases are for players aged 18 or over; by making a purchase you confirm that you are 18 or over and are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer them. Passwords are stored only as hashes and administrators must use an authenticator on every sign-in; automated email recovery is not offered, so keep your credentials safe. Features and availability may change during the beta.

3. CR — the free game score

CR is virtual game currency with no cash value. It is earned through missions, jobs and daily claims and is never sold for money. It cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, wagered or converted into INR, HVC or crypto. Plots, homes, vouchers, vacations and vehicles represent access or records inside the game—not physical property, real bookings, investments, securities or NFTs.

4. Holovate Coin (HVC)

HVC is a digital in-game credit sold in fixed packs for INR (see pricing) and used inside the city as the land currency for virtual plots and, where offered, other virtual items. Buying a pack gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use that HVC inside Holovate under these terms; it does not give you ownership of any property or asset.

• HVC has no cash value and is never redeemable, withdrawable, exchangeable or convertible into INR, any other money, CR or any cryptocurrency.
• HVC is not transferable between players and cannot be gifted, sold, traded or moved between accounts.
• HVC is not a cryptocurrency, token, security, deposit, e-money or investment. No purchase promises earnings, returns or appreciation, and HVC is not a store of value.
• Holovate may change in-game HVC prices of plots and items, and pack sizes or prices for future orders, at any time. The price shown at checkout when you order is the price charged for that order.
• Unspent HVC is refundable only in the cases set out in the refund & cancellation policy.

5. Virtual land and deeds

Virtual plots carry a survey number, an area and, once bought, a deed document number recorded in the game's land registry. These are game records that grant use of the plot inside the city. They are not real property, not real-estate rights, not securities and not NFTs; no blockchain ownership is conferred. Plots and items cannot be resold, gifted or transferred to other players. Holovate may reshape, move or retire parts of the city; where an owned plot is affected we will provide an equivalent plot or HVC of equal value inside the game.

6. Safe participation

No adult material, violence, weapons use, drugs, illegal activity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, exploit abuse or attempts to steal accounts. Do not share personal contact details with other players. The platform may restrict accounts to protect users and integrity.

7. Real-money purchases

The only real-money product is the Holovate Coin pack. Prices are in INR, stated inclusive of applicable taxes, and are shown before you pay. Payment is collected by Razorpay in its checkout; Holovate never asks for card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords, seed phrases or private keys. A purchase is complete only when the Holovate server has verified the payment with Razorpay, after which the pack is credited instantly under the delivery policy. A browser success screen alone never grants anything. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the refund & cancellation policy. No purchase promises earnings or financial returns. Where INR checkout is not enabled in the game, no real-money purchase is offered and nobody is authorised to collect money for HVC, CR or plots by any other means.

8. Availability and support

The beta may have interruptions and incomplete features. Listed future vehicles and integrations are not available for purchase. Use Support in the Profile menu or the channels on the contact page for account issues. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including your rights under Indian consumer-protection law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community standards, that use exploits or fraud, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be closed through support. Because HVC and virtual items have no cash value, no cash payment is due for unspent HVC or virtual items when an account is closed, except for refunds owed under the refund policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, the law or our payment arrangements change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; material changes are announced in the game or by email before they apply to purchases.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable consumer rights, courts at [City of the registered office], India have jurisdiction.
